Boeing 737 airline assessment preparation
Flight Deck Ready provides targeted Boeing 737 simulator assessment and pilot interview preparation from our training centres in Peterborough and Gatwick. We replicate real airline assessment scenarios, helping you build confidence, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure.
Whether you're preparing for a Boeing 737 assessment or a multi-crew evaluation, our airline-standard training is designed to give you a clear edge.
Real airline scenarios. Real results.
Each session includes a 1-hour pre-flight briefing covering airline-specific profiles, SOPs and assessment criteria, followed by 2 full hours of hands-on Boeing 737 simulator time with real-time feedback, at our Peterborough or Gatwick centres.
Not just a pass — the airline job you really want.
They did an excellent job of brushing the cobwebs aside, and when it came to my assessment, not only did I pass and get offered a job — it made the whole event feel completely normal. You will not regret it, and it may be the difference between getting an airline job and the airline job you really want.
"Great experience, friendly atmosphere. 100% would recommend to anyone!"
"Chris was absolutely outstanding. I'd never flown a 737, and he went out of his way to build me to a high standard. I passed my sim assessment — I can't recommend him enough."
You've got the licence. You nailed the sim. Now it's time to sell yourself.
Just like flying, interviews are a skill in themselves. With the right preparation, you can approach them with confidence and control.
Our expert trainers have first-hand experience recruiting at all levels for some of the UK's largest companies. We know exactly what it takes to succeed — and we'll help you bring that to your interview.
Enquire NowFrequently asked questions
Are there any prior requirements?+
We can offer simulator training for any level of experience, however you should have at least completed an approved MCC course prior to booking a simulator assessment course.
Do I need to bring a sim partner?+
It's not a requirement to bring a sim partner, however we will endeavour to match you with a suitable candidate where we can.
How far in advance should I book?+
We understand that assessments can come at short notice — and we'll do our best to find a date that works for you. To get the most out of your preparation, we recommend leaving a little time between your prep session and your actual airline assessment, so you can reflect on feedback and walk in fully prepared.
I haven't flown for some time — is this suitable for me?+
If you've been out of flying for a while, or you're being assessed on a different aircraft type, we recommend booking a familiarisation session to rebuild confidence, refresh key skills, and get comfortable with the specific aircraft you're being assessed on. Get in touch — we're happy to offer a tailored approach.
Are there any other costs?+
Our pricing is transparent — the price includes everything you need: instructor, materials and sim hire.
